Define the real problem they have
Decide how you are going to test these assumptions
At the end of the session, you will come away with a key insight document ensuring you target the right people in the right way.
Having been on many great courses ourselves, we realise that half the battle is actually making the time to use your new-found knowledge. To combat this, we include a free follow-up call 2 weeks later to check on your progress, answer any questions you may have and figure out what help you need going forward.
